How we deliver your wholesale orders
Processing Time
All Omkara Export products are handmade to order. Standard processing time is 15–30 business days depending on order size and product complexity. Custom colourway orders may require additional time.
Shipping Methods
We ship internationally via courier services including DHL, FedEx, and EMS Nepal Post. Shipping costs and transit times vary by destination:

Duties & Taxes
Wholesale buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their country. We will provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to assist with customs.
