1. Wholesale Orders

Omkara Export operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier. All orders are subject to minimum order quantities as specified on each product page. Orders below the minimum quantity will not be accepted.

2. Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed after our team reviews and accepts it. We reserve the right to decline orders that we are unable to fulfil. A confirmation email will be sent within 1–2 business days.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are communicated individually based on buyer history and order size. First-time buyers are required to pay 50% advance before production begins, with the balance due before shipment.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Nepali Rupees (NPR) excluding shipping and import duties. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price quoted at time of order.

5. Quality & Defects

We guarantee all products are free from manufacturing defects. Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and product images are the intellectual property of Omkara Export. Buyers may not reproduce or use our designs without written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved in Kathmandu, Nepal.
